News Flash 1
After A LOT of procrastination, I’m finally launching my whole new Substack called Jonathan Foster’s The Crow.
I started writing Arsenal Wonderland to engage readers with (hopefully) a new and enjoyable perspective on Arsenal and life, and as a way to encourage myself to write more. I love writing AW and I won’t stop, don’t worry, this isn’t a break up ;)
But I’m now launching Jonathan Foster’s The Crow to share with you my non-football writing. There’ll be unique long and short form essays, carefully crafted prose, short stories and philosophical contemplation’s on being a human in today’s crazy world. I’ll even produce an occasional podcast! (yep, a podcast!)
What happens if you subscribe?
For the first few days after launch (I’m thinking next Friday) Jonathan Foster’s The Crow will fly into your inbox every day, after that it’ll come out every two weeks with a paid subscription.
Should I pay or should I go now?
Writing Jonathan Foster’s The Crow will take effort and time. The only way I’ll be able to continue writing is through reader (that’s you) support. So please consider supporting Jonathan Foster’s The Crow with a paid subscription.
By going paid you’ll get access to everything, every word (and every sound). So why not sign-up and get some unique, hand-made writing (and help to feed the dog!).
News Flash 2
I love writing Arsenal Wonderland and there’s a discerning and smart readership that love reading it. Thanks! Since launching Arsenal Wonderland I’ve written 33 articles about football, life, love, fears, hopes and all the rest.
I think Arsenal Wonderland is finally ready to head over to the subscription model. Basically I’m hoping that you Arsenal loving AW readers will choose to support my writing and continue reading AW every week for the price of a beer, or a coffee, or some eggs or a Big Mac or whatever it is that you already happily pay for.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read…
If paying for AW is not an option please e-mail me. I don’t want to add to your worries. I won’t make AW some unfair income-based club. Life can be hard enough and lots of people just don’t have spare money these days (something I completely understand), so please don’t feel self-conscious about emailing. I’ll make AW available to you if paying is beyond your budget and you still want to continue reading. Just let me know!
On the other hand: If you can afford it, please consider becoming a supporter and joining the Arsenal Wonderland community through a paid subscription. You’ll get more original writing and you’ll be helping to make AW available to fellow Gunners who can’t afford to join.
Thanks
